Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be confident ordering from All Gym Equipment. This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Consumer Contracts Regulations”).
1) Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
For most online purchases, you have 180 calendar days from the day after delivery to tell us you’d like to cancel.
You then have another 180 days to return the item.
We’ll refund you within 180 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return—whichever comes first.
Conditions for Change-of-Mind Returns
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned with all parts, manuals, and original packaging where reasonably possible.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is not faulty.
- For large or heavy items, we can arrange collection (see “Collections for Bulky Items”).
Deductions for Handling
We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what’s necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and function.
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (e.g., mats, wearable supports), unless faulty
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or used
2) Faulty or Not as Described
Your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days: Full refund if faulty or not as described
- Within 6 months: Free repair or replacement (or refund if not possible)
- After 6 months: You may need to prove the fault existed at delivery
Please report missing parts or delivery damage within 48 hours with photos.
3) Collections for Bulky Items
For large or heavy gym equipment:
- Collection charges depend on size, weight, and location
- Instructions will be provided (e.g., disassembly or repackaging)
- Free collection for faulty items
4) How to Start a Return
Email: support@allgymequipment.co.uk
Include:
- Order number
- Item(s)
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
We’ll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
Do not send items back without an RMA.
5) Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Only standard delivery costs are refundable (not premium delivery upgrades)
- Discounts may be adjusted if part of an order is returned
6) Exchanges
We can offer like-for-like exchanges (subject to stock).
Otherwise, a refund will be issued and a new order can be placed.
7) Proof of Condition
We recommend taking time-stamped photos of the item and packaging before returning it.
