Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of allgymequipment.co.uk and purchases from All Gym Equipment (“we”, “us”). By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1) Who we are

We operate online from Runcorn, UK (no walk‑in store). Contact details are at the end of these terms.

2) Using our website

  • You must be 18+ to purchase.

  • Do not misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content without permission).

  • We may suspend or withdraw the site for maintenance or security reasons without notice.

3) Product information

  • We aim for accuracy, but specifications, dimensions, finishes and compatibility information can change.

  • Colour tones may vary by device display.

  • Packages may be updated by manufacturers without notice; if a change is material, we’ll let you know and offer options.

4) Prices, VAT and availability

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

  • We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout at the time you place your order.

  • Stock status and delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees.

5) Orders and acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation.

  • We may refuse an order (for example, if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or we cannot obtain payment authorisation).

6) Payment

We accept major cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm you’re authorised to use the selected method and that details are correct.

7) Delivery

Delivery options, charges and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once we receive full payment.

8) Promotions and bundles

Promotions are subject to their specific terms and may be withdrawn early. If a return causes an order to fall below a promotional threshold, we may adjust the refund to reflect the benefit used.

9) Reviews and user content

If you post reviews or images:

  • You warrant you own or control the rights to that content.

  • You grant us a non‑exclusive licence to use it for marketing and on our site.

  • We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes rights.

10) Warranty and your legal rights

Manufacturer warranties may apply in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11) Liability

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don’t exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for defective products). We’re not liable for business losses; we supply only for domestic use.

12) Events beyond our control

We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, carrier issues). We’ll let you know and take steps to minimise the effect.

13) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring proceedings in your local courts.

14) Complaints

We’ll do our best to resolve issues quickly. Please contact us using the details below. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) via an independent body.
