Shipping Policy
This page covers UK delivery options, timeframes and what to expect for heavy gym equipment.
1) Where we deliver

UK Mainland: most items.

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland: available on many items; surcharges or longer timeframes may apply.

We do not currently ship outside the UK.
2) Processing times

In‑stock small items: usually dispatch within 1–2 working days.

Large / heavy items (racks, benches, machines): dispatch within 2–5 working days; delivery may be by pallet or a two‑person service depending on weight and size.

Pre‑orders / backorders: we’ll display an estimated inbound date and keep you updated if that changes.
3) Delivery services

Standard courier (small parcels): tracked delivery with a 1‑hour window where available.

Pallet / kerbside: driver offloads to the nearest safe point at the kerb. You are responsible for moving items indoors.

Two‑person room‑of‑choice (selected postcodes/items): subject to access checks; may add 3–7 working days.
4) Delivery day and access

Please ensure someone 18+ is available to sign.

Tell us about access restrictions (stairs, narrow doorways, low bridges, parking limits) before dispatch. Missed or failed deliveries due to access issues may incur a re‑delivery fee.
5) Inspecting your delivery

Check packaging before signing. If there’s visible damage, note it with the driver and take photos.

Report missing parts or concealed damage within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
6) Multi‑box and multi‑item orders
Items may arrive in separate consignments and on different days.
7) Shipping charges

Charges are shown at checkout based on weight, service, and postcode.

Upgrades (e.g., named‑day, room‑of‑choice) are optional and non‑refundable on change‑of‑mind returns.
8) Delays
We work closely with our carriers, but extreme weather, peak volumes or events outside our control can cause delays. We’ll keep you informed and chase carriers where needed.
9) Click & collect
We do not offer collection—online only, no physical counter.
